Circulars communicate interest rates, service charges, credit norms, IT cut-offs and compliance instructions to branches and, where relevant, to members. Each circular carries an effective date; staff may not apply an old grid once superseded.

- Deposit and loan rate sheets are printed at branches and often summarised on the notice board. Member-specific instructions (e.g. documentation for a new loan) are given at the counter with the applicable circular extract.

- When the board approves web hosting, PDF copies will be listed below newest-first with reference number and date. Until then, rely on your branch for the active circular set.
